Information about the Training

Join E&A Team’s Housing Compliance Trainer, Tari Bradley for this comprehensive three-day ONLINE course specifically designed to assist affordable housing professionals in conquering tax credit compliance. Tari delves deep into the LIHTC laws & regulations, while also providing real-world examples with practical application. This engaging and interactive course reviews multiple compliance topics and incorporates examples, while utilizing challenges to test participants throughout the training. Our training is designed to ensure attendees walk away with a thorough understanding of not only how to maintain project compliance, but why it is so important!

Each attendee receives a full color desk/training reference manual.

HCCP Exam Information

An optional Housing Certified Compliance Professional (HCCP) Exam will be offered on the fourth day of this training course.
The HCCP Exam is offered separately, does not have to be completed by attendees, and is open to anyone who would like to register separately. The HCCP certification is a specialized designation through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) for developers, property managers, asset managers, and others working in the affordable housing industry through the Low‐Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. Please visit www.nahb.org to learn more about this valuable designation.

At this time, NAHB is requiring that the exam be taken in person with a NAHB approved proctor.
There will be 3 locations to choose from to take your HCCP Exam:

Cancellation/Refund Policy: If a refund is requested no later than 10 working days BEFORE the seminar, your fees will be refunded, less a $50 enrollment charge. If you must cancel less than 10 working days before the seminar, you may send a substitute from your organization. Substitution information must be submitted to E&A Team, Inc. in writing.

In rare instances, training may be cancelled or rescheduled. Although a full refund of the registration fee will be made in such cases, E&A Team, Inc. is not responsible for other costs incurred, such as non‐refundable airline tickets.

Payment in full must be received 5 working days prior to the beginning of the first date of training. There will be a $35 charge for all returned checks.
